Hi! I'm Alexandra, but please call me Alex. My first love was soccer, my second love was art and my third love was probably burritos. I have a deep fondness for a cup of tea, thrifting on Sundays and napping on a porch. My happiest place on earth is floating in the Pacific or sitting in the warm sand nearby.
I grew up in Southern California where I designed and styled weddings, elaborate marriage proposals, florals, intimate events, store windows, clothing and of course, homes. Taking your well loved memory, feeling or object and turning it into an inspiring space is such a joy for me - I have continually woven it into the fabric of my life. With my husband, Pete and our two kiddos, Hattie and Harrison - we've lovingly made our KC space feel like home. I can't wait to do that for you!

I am happiest in water, that is why you’ll find all kinds of sea creatures around my home. My kids love to find them and carry them around the house.

Growing up on the West Coast, I often feel inspired by natural textures, tropical greens & major pops of color. Fresh white walls and unexpected coral hues makes me the happiest.
A Calm Collector
I am 100% a maximalist, but everything has to have a home. Organization keeps me calm and an eclectic shelf keeps me energized.
